Four B's Renovations Inc. is a general contractor working on residential and commercial renovations: basements, bathrooms, kitchens and interior fit-outs, along with the drywall, framing, flooring, ceilings and painting that go into them.
Most of the frustration people have with renovations is not about craftsmanship. It is about not knowing what was agreed to, what it costs, or when anyone is showing up. So we do the unglamorous part properly: a site visit before pricing, a written scope that says what is and is not included, and a schedule you can hold us to.
We work for homeowners, property managers, landlords and general contractors. The scope changes; the way we run a job does not.

The work you can see is only as good as the work you cannot. Blocking, waterproofing, levelling and venting are what decide whether a room still looks right in ten years.

Complete renovations and the trades inside them
Basement Renovations
Unfinished basements built out into finished living space: framing, insulation, drywall, flooring and finish carpentry.
Bathroom Renovations
Full bathroom rebuilds: waterproofing, tile, fixtures and finishes, taken down to the studs and rebuilt properly.
Kitchen Renovations
Kitchen rebuilds and refits: cabinetry, custom hood surrounds, backsplash, flooring and the trades that go with them.
Commercial Renovations & Interior Fit-Outs
Office renovations, tenant improvements and interior fit-outs for property managers, landlords, general contractors and business owners.
Drywall & Taping
Board, tape and finish, including repairs, ceilings and Level 5 finishes where the lighting demands it.
Framing & Carpentry
Interior framing, structural openings and the finish carpentry that gets judged at the end.
Painting
Interior painting with the prep done first: filling, sanding and priming, not just a coat over the problem.
Flooring
Tile, vinyl plank, laminate and hardwood, installed over a substrate that was prepared first.
Ceilings
Flat ceilings, popcorn removal, bulkheads, pot-light coordination and suspended commercial grids.
General Renovations
Multi-room and whole-home renovations run as one scope, with the trades coordinated rather than left to you.
